Cenlar has repeatly not applied my payments to my loan. My last payment was received on May 4,2015 but not applied to my loan. A total of $53.00 on May 28, 2015 was posted to my account but not to my my loan. I called on 06/01/15 and was placed on hold for 38 minutes but never spoke with anyone. I called again on 06/02/15 and spoke with Daniel Lamitac and Sherri Davis (B519). I was informed that my account was in good standing and the problems were corrected. I am now waiting for next month. This problem has existed for at least a year.

Cenlar review: The Bunch is a Friggen Joke

my mortgage was transferred to Cenlar and they take it on themselves to escrow the taxes, not the insurance as one would think would be a little more important to them. We have our own Insurance and we pay our own taxes. So they send a check to my Ins company and then want me to reimburse it. Kiss my *** Your mistake, you fix it. I'm sending the payment I agreed to with a former lender no more. They want to take the contract modify it to suit them after the fact. Ain't happen'n!! I asked him Besides why he only did the insurance and not the taxes and starts stumbling over his words. So I tell him I'm sticking to my contract amount and if they chose to sue me. But they better bring their *** checkbook!!! What a bunch o *** They remind me of Washington Mutual who I fought with for 3 years after they bought our mortgage. They were idiots and are no longer in business. Same for this bunch might as well tell'm by cause they won't be here long either.

Cenlar review: Headaches from day one!

My mortgage was sold to CENLAR within days of closing and it's been one headache after another! 50% of the time I try to make a payment through the automated system it says the system is down. They didn't pay my insurance and the insurance company was sending me notice they were going to cancel my policy! CENLAR told the insurance company they would overnight the payment, they didn't and the insurance company again had to fight with them. They finally did pay with a day to spare. Premiums continue to go up according to them so that I'm now paying almost $40 more a month. I'm in the processing of refinancing with the hope that I can escape this nightmare!

my mortgage was transferred from Sunwest also almost three months ago and nothing but problems still can't review my account on line plus I never received any paperwork and hold time on phone is horrible who is this company? I just want to state my concerns and my dissatisfaction with your company NOT write a essay of one hundred words. People want to handle their issues in a quick and efficient manner not be told told to wait on hold forever listening to horrible music or have to write a long winded essay just to be able get you to notice me

What kind of company has such a generic website? No hours of operation for call center posted on website or on voice mail recording! I seriously am freaking out. 2nd month with this company and they have misapplied 2 payments....it clearly states on their website if you do NOT state that a payment is to be applied toward principal curtailment it will not be....then why someone please tell me would they apply my 2 payments for May ( made early on the 6th of April and on the 17th of April) to my principal???? Nowhere on my payments was it indicated to apply toward principal, any other company would apply toward the next months payment.... NOW it is still showing all of May's mortgage payment. Um NOOOOOO. I have a really bad feeling about this company! Has anyone had a positive experience with this company???

Same thing happened to me. If you call enough and throw a big enough fit they will reverse the payments to principal and apply them to your monthly payment.

I had to make more than one call and I did finally get them to apply my payments correctly.

Also I made them send me a letter showing the reversal and how they were applied correctly. This is an awful company!
