Cenlar - By far the worst customer service ever!
I've been with this company for 1 year, only issue I ever had was my autodraft they charged me twice in the same month. Easy fix right?
wrong!
not only is it 40-55 mins on hold just for someone to pick up everytime I called but then its always the wrong "dept" let me transfer you, then its another 40-55 mins on hold just so they can tell me for me to fax over bank statement showing the double charge even though they see it on thier end. Cant wait to refinance with another company just so i dont have to deal with them again.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
