I have 3 rental properties whose mortgages got transferred to CENLAR when the original bank folded. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with.
No one in customer service knows whats going on, who to contact, how to get anything accomplished. Every year, getting my tax or insurance escrows are a nightmare, hours and hours of calls, faxing tax bills, pleading, letters, etc. They give you the wrong numbers, wrong information, wrong directions, then act like it's your fault. Never an apology, and never gets better.
Here it is tax time again, and no escrow checks. Thought I finally got it straightened out with them last year so this year's taxes would go seamlessly, but not the case.
