Cannot set up my ACH properly, won't return phone calls, phone lines always busy, systems down etc every time we call for last 3 months. Contemplating just paying off loan so we don't have to deal with absolute incompetence.
How they can continue as a loan services I have no idea. Ther should be some regulation surrounding a servicing company that provides data to credit bureaus that could have such a negative impact to homeowners credit profiles.
Surprised there has been no class action against this company. Has anyone figured out how to get ahold of a competent person at Cenlar to r solves their issues?
