You haven't seen nothing yet. My account was transitioned from OCWEN to CENLAR without any notification in middle of an Insurance Claim processing.
I received one check from OCWEN to start work. I have submitted the paperwork to CENLAR as requested to get the money to pay the contractors. Had 2 calls at least verifying all paperwork and a draw was being released. 14 days later being told paperwork wasn't received.
When challenged was told they would put in paperwork today to release funds. Requested supervisor told would get callback in 24 hours. Called customer service to get supervisor - placed on hold 30 minutes ago and still on hold.
Worse service yet. Oh and Im still on
