I called Cenlar on 3.6.17 to ask about paying my mortgage down. After being on hold for 12 minutes, someone finally answered the phone.

I was transferred three times, to three different extensions, each person informed me "this was not their department", before being transferred a fourth time.....the person at this extension picked up the phone and without saying a word, set the phone down on the desk....and left it there. After 6 minutes of dead air, they hung up. Unacceptable, nonexistent, customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely unhelpful, untrained, inaccessible customer service. My payments are up to date, I am not behind in my mortgage; I wanted to pay extra on my mortgage!!!
