We've had the same flood insurance for all 8 years that we have lived in our current house. As soon as Cenlar took over the loan 2 years ago the problems started.

In the fall of 2013 they said we didn't have insurance but a fax from our insurance broker got it fixed.

In the fall of 2014 they again said we didn't have coverage, 2 faxes from my insurance broker, one fax and three phone calls from me and they are still claiming we don't have coverage. Now they have decided to bill me for an additional $2,250 flood policy.
