Customer service is totally outsourced to India and people are impossible to understand over poor quality phone lines. I have spent 8 months!
trying prove that I have always had insurance, which I have. During that process I changed my adress which took 5-6 attempts? I then received 5-6 letters in the mail confirming my new address. after another 2 months of waiting for re-imbursement for the 3200$ and change they "stole" from my checking account, I have today been told that the check was sent to another address....WDF!
I ahte this company! I am refinancing with another company as soon as I possibly can....Cenlar Is the worst business I have ever had to work with ever!
