They double charge my account and after 2 weeks for refund( I still waiting), they don't care about your overdraft or damage they are doing to your personal bank.Customer service is the worst I ever deal with.
They think telling you way until tomorrow and check your bank is ok with you, even the manager have no answers to your questions. They need to spend a little more time on training their employees.
When someone told me it would take 2 days for refund I understand then wait 10 days for refund I still believing but after more than 2 weeks my patience is wait over, they also lie to me saying they will take care of the overdraft my bank is doing to my account and now they are telling me they won't do that.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
