I just quit my job from a call center that had us working 3rd party for Cenlar. The training was 2 weeks, from 3pm - Midnight.

Trying to cram all there is to know about mortgages in that little time and at that time of night was impossible but I stuck with it as they were saying "Once we are on the call floor it will all make sense" JOKE, I knew nothing about a mortgage when I stepped on the floor and didn't even know how to work the system we were supposed to be helping the borrowers on when they called. NOBODY did.

We were just told to place call on hold & raise our hands and wait for the "supervisors" who were just as new to everything as us, were supposed to be the ones to help us figure out what to tell the customer. This helps you none but I'm in need of a rant.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
