Just ridiculously horrible and inconsistent information. The staff that answers the phone have been ignorant.
When I repeat back their own policy they still can't get it right. When I ask for a supervisor they tell me, "She will calls yous back." Yes, that is how the say it. Then they want to "Ax me a qurestion". I'm not kidding you, this is the stuff I had to listen to.
Never got a call back. I even called the stupidvisor direct. NEVER a reply. I am trying to get insurance payments released in they percentages they told me they would be sending.
Well it's half the amount and they cannot tell me why they will not follow their own rules. Makes no sense whatsoever.
