This company is horrible. Just Google "loanadministration.com complaints" and see what you find.
We all have our stories. My escrow had a shortage. Fine; I paid the difference. My account shows that I paid the difference, yet I can't get my new payment adjusted down to the correct amount.
I've called multiple times. So many time, that I have the phone tree memorized. I have the questions they ask memorized. It's comical.
Each time is the same, "oh, let me put that request in for you." It should be updated in 24 hours. Wait, 24 hours, and nothing has been updated. Call back. New agent.
I don't see a request made... WTF? What a joke.
PLEASE sell my account to someone else. PLEASE!
