My loan was sold to CENLAR January 1st. Although I was told there would be delays in getting billings out, I sent in a payment with all the documentation needed to post it correctly, but the entire package was lost.
I called mid-January to address this issue because I was receiving collection calls. I made a second payment, stopping payment on the first check, which was not being posted so since I was still receiving collections calls I called a manager and provided info for a direct swipe from my checking account. This took a week to process, all the while I had to deal with nasty collections calls that no one seemed to be able to stop.
My checks finally cleared today. This is the worst run company I have ever experienced and I am refinancing with Wells Fargo IMMEDIATELY.
