My loan was sold to Cenlar, I sent the first 3 payments to the New Jersey address that was listed on the paperwork at closing, I received a statement stating they had not received a payment for the first 3 months of billing and that my payments needed to go to the Los Angeles address, I immediately submitted a $3600 so It would not effect my credit.
I contacted a supervisor with Cenlar Aaron Leucine ( ex- 3524), after proving that they received the first 3 payments he assured me I would get my money back and that he would follow up on it. I have not received a letter from Cenlar or a call back from Aaron, I have called him numerous times and he has not answered or called me back. I have spoke to numerous employees and this still has not been resolved.
It is going on 1 year!!!!!!!!!
Do you have any advice on how I should proceed?
