We had to deal with James D. Stevenson and he was so unprofessional.
Our realstate agent tried to reach him and he did not respond till 1 month later and we called him several times. He finally got back to us after someone already inspected the house and they were willing to pay the amount the bank was asking. This was through Cenlar and he responded on a Sunday "today 7/26/15" and said sorry we can't help us.
I'm going to request to speak with his supervisors and let them know they have a useless employee working for them and he needs to be replaced ASAP. I will now pursue a Deed In Lieu
