They have for three consecutive years come to the *** of letting my insurance expire. Each year I have to call and stomp my feet to get it paid.

So much for an escrow account. My frustation with this is only exceeded by the level of ignorance you deal with when you call. It is also upsetting that there are santions that the consumer can take against them. Also when you call there is no one on the other end that can speak to me in English!

I have complained for three straight years to no avail! Maybe I should start a month early next year!!!!!!!!!!!
