I have been received erroneous information on the status of my account. I sold my property Nov.

20th 2015. I was told by Cenlar customer service that they had already paid the property tax of $1,636.34 on Nov. 5th. 2015.

The county of Riverside CA only recorded one one payment of $1,636.34 on Dec. 9th 2015 by the escrow company that managed the sell of my house. I have copy of the check that paid the taxes provided to me by the title company. Cenlar Mortgage company did not pay the Taxes on or near Nov.

5, 2015 as they claimed. I have talked to the customer service Dept. many times and most of them did not try to verify the status of my money at all. I was told their payment was returned to someone ?

24, 2016 I have not received a refund and today it is March 18, 2016 and Cenlar does not care. I advise anyone thinking of doing business with Cenlar to look for a better company.
