I had no problem with their old website. Not so with the new improved version.

I was able to log in to the new website (but they don't make it easy). But I cannot PAY the mortgage. I get DNS messages. Etc.

Tried calling Cenlar to speak to someone about why I am having this problem. Nice lady. (FYI: I've already disabled my adblocker, my internet security etc). I believe its because I am overseas and they are blocking foreign IP addresses.

The rep on the phone thought not. The rep she would transfer me to the correct department to try to find out the problem Was on hold for half an hour. Gave up.

I have sent two online messages to them. No replies.

I called too. They said everything was fine and there was no change.

At that time, it did work and I paid that month.

Now, nothing has worked for two days and I don't want to call again. Guess I will get some stamps, checks and envelopes!
