I have my mortgage payment done via automatic payment from my bank. A problem came up when the wrong account # was used. Now I have 2 payments going to the wrong account.
I tried calling Cenlar to correct the problem and could only talk to someone in India. He did not understand the problem and it took over 45 min. for him to tell me to just send the payment again.
I do not want a late payment for a mistake I did not make. I would like to speak to a person in the US and get it done in one call.
