They took a payment 19 days ago and said they never received it. I had my credit union manager call and send documentation 5 days ago.

I have called every day to talk to the manager at cenlar with no returned calls or answers. 19 Days of dealing with this. scores of promises to return calls and no returned calls.

The employees cannot add or subtract. This company is poorly managed.

Every time I call they start by saying there is an unusually high volume of calls, and that they will call me back with 24hr. I have never received a return phone call from this company regarding anything.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
