i am real pissed customer at cenlar and their employees out of india. they sent me a letter looking for proof of insurance, i faxed it to them, they resend another letter looking for verification for the insurance , again i faxed it to them with proof of receipt.

they claim didnt get it, they took money from account , after spending 1.5 hours on the phone, after refusing to call my insurance company, finally they said oh yeah we get your documents we need about 20 days to review the matter. i hate them , i hate the people they working fro them.

i hate this gov who lets them get away with murder. if they think this the end they are wrong i am going to the bbb with this and the attorney general of mass.
