Bought my house in May 2021 payment was $466.04 a month now in Jan they raised my payment to $522.84 their is plenty in escrow and my taxes and insurance has not changed why

cenlar loan administration is a bad company to get any answers from. They took out my house payment twice in July and I called,and they said the next payment would be 09/01/2020,and they took out on Aug08/01/2020,so I called them and they have had me on hold to check my account for 45 mintues to have them remove the payment. Nobody in there customer service knows what is going on
