completely inept company and i'm beginning to suspect that they purposely do things to make it look like its the customer's fault regarding payments so that they can foreclose on the home if they see value in it. its disgusting.
good luck getting anyone on the phone. wait time is 40 minutes at least and then you get some "steve" from india that can barely understand and speak english. emailing these people is just as useless.
when you do get someone on the phone though, make sure you record the conversation so that you have the proof of what these people told you.
my previous lender was sunwest mortgage, pretty terrible customer service, but cenlar hit the new low for me.
