According to Cenlar's information through the website AND my documentation, my loan matures in 2019. It is a 30 year loan. Cenlar insists I need to pay through 2029 (40 years) and will not release any paperwork showing a refinance of this mortgage. I have sent repeated requests for documentation (certified, return receipt, etc.) I get NOTHING back. I am always disconnected when I call. First, I'm put on hold and then the call mysteriously drops.
It has just happened again after being on hold for 15 minutes.
I get nowhere using the website either. Their responses have nothing to do with my question. Always.
Of course I'm frustrated and feel my only option is to hire an attorney.
