Cenlar - Terrible

Been trying for over a month to get tax/interest statements with no luck. Every time I call I get different answer. One says they can fax it (doesnt fax), one says they can only mail it (3 weeks since they said they mailed it), one says they cant find loan at all.

Cenlar - Bad loan system bad customer service

I have multiple loans with different lenders over the years. Cenlar is the worst of all, much worse than any lender! Their system sucks, waste my time, can’t create account, can’t login, customer service can’t help! Wtf
