I have received 2 statements from cenlar today, dated 3-29 and 3-30, stating that 2 payments have been made. Another letter came stating that a check has been refused.
I call.... the first guy tells me that no payment has been made, and will transfer me to their “research dept”...... on hold..... after 30 mins of hold, I call on another phone .
Second lady tells me one payment has been made, but the other one has not..... still on hold from the first call...... after AN HOUR AND A HALF!!!!! Someone answers, tells me there are no departments, every call goes to the same call center!!!!!
This company is a shady one, loaded with incompetents....
run away!!!!!! I’m going to refi tomorrow with a real company.
