Is this a practice with Cenlar? They say they are going to send a
check with your escrow refund (after you sell the house and payoff the loan.) Then 10 months and 8 phone calls later, it's still the same story:
"We will cancel the check that never arrived and issue a new check".
That check never comes. We call again and it is the same story.
By reading these reviews, we are not the only one.
They need to be investigated. This seems to be a practice with this company. I hope someone will look into it. They probably are holding millions of dollars from customers
