Terrible customer service.
Terrible company that I am forced to do business with against my will since my mortgage was sold.
I have been dealing with Cenlar for several weeks in an attempt to resolve a billing issue in which I was billed twice in one week for my monthly mortgage. Staff is unable to assist on the phone.
I suffer long wait times when I call. If I am able to reach someone, they are untrained and must offer to call me back with a proposed resolution. I have been waiting for over two weeks with no call backs. When I call in for a status update, I am frequently disconnected once I get through the terrible automated menu. This is an ongoing issue. Cenlar has been unable to resolve my billing issues for weeks.
