Not resolved

I called to change the account my payment is debited from the lady which I could not understand took my information and said it was set my payment was still debited from the wrong account which was closed when i called them back they had no record of my call and told me I was supposed to call another # to take care of that. Why did the first lady not tell me that.

Thanks Cenlar for screwing up my account due to your improperly trained employees. She also repeated the infor back to me to make sure it was right.
