My exact experience with Cenlar. I had two mortgages transferred in the same month to Cenlar.
I never received notice, I had to call my old mortgage companies to get my account numbers, and my auto-pays did not transfer so it was virtually impossible to try and make a payment. Hold times were OVER 1 1/2 HOURS (then I got disconnected), or was promised a call back that never came. Their website is just as bad... not allowing me to access the accounts.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It would seem to me we should have some rights to fire this company if they are not competent.
