Deed in my name after mom died [quit claim ] .Allowed electronic withdrawl of funds as I was a joint cosigner with my mom. I had money in the bank, Cenlar would not let me refinance the loan in 2013.Rates were at all time low.
Cenlar would not acknowledge me or my name on the deed. Since they would not let me re-finance I sold the house. Title co. even had to hire a lawyer to get final payout info from Cenlar , just so I could sell the house.
A refund should have come to me from the escrow account.
TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THAT REFUND IN MY NAME , THEY PUT MY DEAD MOTHERS' NAME ON THE CHECK- KNOWING THAT IT CANNNNOT BE CASHED. GOD help any one else in a similar position , because they ARE CROOKS , AND obviously UNTOUCHABLE..
