I registered a month ago. This month when I tried to log in, ibut could not get in. I got an error message:

If you have been locked out of your account, please click on the forgot password link and follow the instructions to reset your password. This will unlock your account"
I went through all the steps and still could not get in. So there is an option for an online chat. So I clicked that. I had to fill out a form to get to someone who answered the online chat. However, once I had reached that person, before she could help she required almost all the same information I had filled out to reach an online chat person.
Went through all the steps above once again and still could not get into my account. This was the final response from the online chat person:
"i would recommend you to call in to speak with a live agent "
It is user unfriendly and when a trouble shooter cannot solve problems says something about the bank. Deserves less than one star.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $350.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
