my mortgage was transferred from Sunwest also almost three months ago and nothing but problems still can't review my account on line plus I never received any paperwork and hold time on phone is horrible who is this company? I just want to state my concerns and my dissatisfaction with your company NOT write a essay of one hundred words. People want to handle their issues in a quick and efficient manner not be told told to wait on hold forever listening to horrible music or have to write a long winded essay just to be able get you to notice me
