I have now spent days!, not hours, days on the phone with these people. 50% of my calls get "disconnected" when I am transferred to a supervisor.
And of the days I have spent on the phone, 50% of the time is on hold listening to the same *** song over and over. My original call to Cenlar was to pay my property taxes from my escrow account. I was assured multiple times they would take care of them. After filling out the proper forms and submitting them to the proper channels, my taxes went unpaid.
They then decided to issue me a check from my escrow account, after my property taxes are now late, and I now have to pay the late fee. Well the check they sent bounced when I deposited it. After spending a couple more hours on hold with them, all they want to do is issue a new check.
All I can recommend to anyone is refinance immediately once you find out your loan was sold to cenlar. They are far worse than Comcast ever was when it comes to customer service.
