I have had nothing but horrible service with this servicer. Their reps are rude, and will shake us down over the phone.
They will force us to hear a 20 minute readoff of our "rights" before accepting a phone payment. They took over a week to mail back a claim check that they had to endorse.
It's been a complete nightmare. I reported them to the OCC and they did nothing to help!
I have been hung up on more than once for wanting to make a payment and telling the rep to stop being rude over the phone - it's been a slice!!!
