Long hold times and no one says the same thing. Completely different instructions from one person to the next.
How many times can someone say I'm sorry we gave you the wrong information? They push you to use a website that consistently has outdated and completely incorrect information, then they tell you to call if it's not right, then leave you on hold endlessly and tell you a completely different story. They're nice and polite, but nice doesn't cut it when it's never accurate.
When dealing with insurance claims, it's worthless customer service. If you have a to file a claim and it ends up with Cenlar, be prepared for a complete waste of your time.
