For some reason, no matter how many times I call or who I talk to, my address still has not been corrected. They are claiming I did not make a payment......that's great of them to let me know but only if they would send it to the correct address.
This company has been one hassle after another. Even though my bank statements show they deposited my money, they still reported it to the credit companies!
Will NEVER do business with this company again. Their customer service is terrible, it's a huge impact to me and very obvious they do not care.
